Inline with our technology focus - we have set ourselves apart in the following ways.
1.) The Grandin Agency utilizes smarthome technology to constantly monitor access, thermostat temperatures, and other vital home functions. We can assign each tenant a unique access code that expires when their tenancy expires. This technology keeps utility bills low and prevents the need for continual rekey expenses.
2.) The Grandin Agency uses an online booking system. Tenants can reserve dates online in real time and owners are continually updated on occupancy status (if requested).
3,) All vacation rentals are advertised on Homegain, Flipkey, and VRBO in addition to the MLS and other syndication channels.
4.) All turnover cleaning is paid by the tenant. Additionally, linens are changed at every turnover - trash removed - refrigerator emptied - and a safety check performed including but not limited to fire extinguisher charge, smoke detectors, and lock functionality. We provide the tenants linens and trash services in house!
5.) Grandin employs a team of six full time maintenance personnel and three field vehicles. This is not subcontracted - they work for Grandin. We can handle emergencies and always have the ability to handle service needs 24/7 at reasonable prices. Can your existing company say that?
